Canine Strength and Conditioning Articles

Over the last 6-7 years I have devloped, applied and refined canine strength and conditioning in order to restore and maintain functionality to my furry friend, Zeus. When this journey began he had just torn his ACL and in the end stages of recovery tore the other. He lost his will to eat, was losing his will to live, and the vet suggested considering putting him down.

With one last hail mary that ended up in the most rewarding touchdown I could have forseen from taking this initiative, my little buddy regained full function non surgically and is now a healthy, happy 14 year old that still plays like a pup and is a ball of muscle rivaling or exceeding his supposed “prime”. Now I am on a mission to share what I learned with others, as some of these principles which are applied to elite human performance have never been systematically applied and progressed in canines.
